VOITH液力偶合器廣泛應(yīng)用于國內(nèi)造紙行業(yè).
VOITH聯(lián)軸器靠液體與泵輪、渦輪的葉片相互作用產(chǎn)生動量矩的變化來傳遞扭矩。它的輸出扭矩等于輸入扭矩減去摩擦力矩，所以它的輸出扭矩恒小于輸入扭矩。 VOITH聯(lián)軸器輸入軸與輸出軸間靠液體聯(lián)系，工作構(gòu)件間不存在剛性聯(lián)接。液力偶合器的特點是：能消除沖擊和振動；輸出轉(zhuǎn)速低于輸入轉(zhuǎn)速，兩軸的轉(zhuǎn)速差隨載荷的增大而增加；過載保護性能和起動性能好，載荷過大而停轉(zhuǎn)時輸入軸仍可轉(zhuǎn)動，不致造成動力機的損壞；當(dāng)載荷減小時，輸出軸轉(zhuǎn)速增加直到接近于輸入軸的轉(zhuǎn)速，使傳遞扭矩趨于零。
